Any fault with the packaging or product please post it back and we will send out a replacement.

Please follow the simple instructions below if you would like to return an item:

If you change your mind about an order, we will endeavour to cancel and refund your order if it has not already been dispatched, however this may not always be possible.

Please make sure you contact us with your order details as soon as possible.

2. Pack the item back in it’s original packaging with original receipt.

3. After receiving your query by email, we will call you to discuss the problem.

Please include your name and contact phone number, or you can send directly with original receipt to our address as stated on our website.

Post/courier policy

What are my shipping options?
Courier post is $4 throughout New Zealand!

We absorb any difference in courier/post fees and is why we have kept post to the minimum.

Q: When can I expect to receive my order?

A:  All orders are processed and shipped with overnight or 2 day delivery or within 3 days after purchase.

We pride ourselves on getting your product order to you as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. Delays in couriers and post may happen due to long weekends and public holidays.

Alternatively return to the original store where you purchased your product with your original receipt.
